Big Road Win For The Plainsmen

Big Road Win For The Plainsmen

Casper, Wyo...

The Northeastern men's basketball team competed against Casper College on Monday night in a rival game that typically creates a great game to watch.  This game was no different.  When NJC travels to Casper, it usually is a very tough game with mixed results as Casper plays very well on their home court.  NJC stayed strong the entire game as they held the lead for 30+ minutes of the 40 minute match.  The big win up north will hopefully get some much needed momentum for the Plainsmen as they travel to Twin Falls, Idaho to compete in the College of Southern Idaho Tournament.  Northeastern will play two games, one against the College of Southern Idaho on Friday, November 26th and Snow College on Saturday, November 27th.  Northeastern moves to 4-5 on the season.
