Golf Wraps Up The Fall Season In Odessa

The Northeastern men's golf team got to travel to Odessa, Texas last week to play in the NJCAA Fall Preview National Tournament.  It was a great opportunity for the team to experience what it's like to compete in a very difficult golf tournament against other highly talented players on a long, challenging course.  The stage was set at Odessa Country Club for the six players that traveled to take their shot at playing their best golf over two days, playing three rounds.  Although the Fall preview tournament wasn't for all the marbles like the Spring tournament, it sets the players up to perform better if they get get the chance to be invited.  NJC golf will resume again this Spring when they compete in the first tournament of the season in Lamar, Colorado on March 24th and 25th.
