Northeastern Drops A close game to Utah State Eastern in the first of a four game series 7-8
Northeastern dropped the contest to Utah State Eastern 7-8. Aubrey Wright lead the way for Plainswomen, going 4-4 with a home run, one run and three RBIs. Reagan Fehringer took the loss for Northeastern, she six and two thirds innings, allowing eight runs (three earned) on 12 hits, walking two batters. Northeastern gathered 12 hits in the contest, with Savannah Waldrop, Ayva McComas, Wright, and Fehringer collecting multiple hits. The Plainswomen turned one double play during the game.
