The Bats Never Got Started For The Plainswomen, As They Fell To McCook Community College 10-1 In Game 2 Of The Double Header

In Game 2 of the double header against McCook Community College, the Plainswomen fell 10-1. Teagan Kehm pitched six innings for Northeastern. The righty surrendered 10 hits, gave up five runs (five earned) while striking out none and walking three. The bats never really started rolling for Northeastern. Savannah Waldrop and Isabelle Bencivenga each collected one hit for the Plainswomen. Bencivenga led the team with scoring one run. Kaylee Eyl drove in the only run of the game for Northeastern. Ryann Eurich came in for one inning for relief. The righty gave up five runs, while striking out none and walking two. The Plainswomen will be back in action again on Friday April 5th, against Western Nebraska Community College for Sophomore Day.
