Northeastern Drops Game 2 Of The Double Header To WNCC 8-7

Despite leading by as many as six runs, Northeastern fell to Western Nebraska Community College 8-7 in Game 2 of the double header on Tuesday. A double by Teagan Kehm put Northeastern on the board in the top of the second. Kehm took the loss for the Plainswomen. The righty went six innings, giving up eight runs (five earned) on 11 hits, striking out none and walking one. Kehm, Kaylee Eyl, and Ayva McComas each collected two hits for Northeastern. Kehm and McComas each drove in two runs for the Plainswomen. Northeastern is back in action again at Otero College on April 13th at 12:00 PM.
