Northeastern Drops Game 1 of The Weekend Series To Trinidad State College11-2 on Saturday
Northeastern got taken down by Trinidad State College 11-2 in Game 1 of the weekend series. The Plainswomen opened the scoring in the first inning after Lauren Lee hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run. Lee hit a solo home run to center field in the top of the fourth inning. Teagan Kehm took the loss for the Plainswomen. The righty went four innings, giving up 11 runs (two earned) on 10 hits, striking out one and walking two. Lee drove the middle of the lineup, leading Northeastern with two runs batted in. Blayke Duncan and Lee each collected one hit for the Plainswomen.
