Late Loss Against Concordia JV
In their second game of the season, the Plainswomen would be on the road to play against Concordia JV. After dropping their opening game to the Hawks, the Plainswomen wanted to at least get the split on the weekend. The Bulldogs however had something else in mind for them.
In the first quarter, the Plainswomen had some trouble getting the lid off the rim, but with good defense, play kept the game close. In the second quarter, the women played a much better game and were able to score 20 points to help them gain some confidence in their game.
The third quarter was another one in which the Plainswomen were able play solid by scoring 18 points. In the fourth however, the Plainswomen succumbed to a dry spell of point by only scoring 10 points. That last quarter did not help the ladies overall as they lost by a narrow two point margin.
The Plainswomen will be at home on November 8th as they host Northwest Kansas Tech JV. Come out for some basketball end enjoy some hamburgers from the Beef Booster Club.
