Plainswomen Earn Post Season Awards

Mar. 19, 2019, Sterling, Colo. — Four Plainswomen basketball players earned post season awards for their play throughout the 2018-19 season. Tashika Burrell, Alyzae Davis, Taylor Knudson, and Aleksandra Ratnikava all earned awards through the Region IX. 

Ratnikava, Burrell, and Davis all earned a spot on the Region IX South All- Region team. Ratnikava and Burrell also earned a spot on the Region IX All-Tournament team. Knudson earned a spot on the Region IX South All-Defensive team. 

The Plainswomen ended their season at the Region IX tournament and their overall record was 22-7.
