Golf Team Wraps Up Fall Season

The Northeastern Junior College golf team wrapped up the fall season this past Sunday and Monday in Wyoming. They were only able to play nine holes on Monday, due to inclement weather.

As a team the Plainsmen finished sixth overall. Jeremiah Velez tied for 28th with a round of 132. Jared Clarkson finished 33rd, with a round of 135. Bryce Bivins finished 36th, with a round 146. Cody Hurtado finished 37th, with a round of 158. Kaleb Anderson shot a 161, and finished 38th.

The Plainswomen finished third overall. Caitlyn Jacobs shot a 152, and finished eighth. Rachel Rael shot a 167, and finished 10th.

NJC will start the spring season in the middle of March.
