Jacobs Gets On Podium; Mattson Finishes Eighth

The golf team's traveled to Torrington, WY to play in the Eastern Wyoming Tournament.  This will be the first tournament of the 2017-2018 season and both teams were itching to get back on the course.  New faces on the team were recruited to bring up the team's overall finishes, and do that they did.

The first day proved to be an opening season, opening day by having less than stellar scores.  But everyone knew that they could move up on the final day, so nobody was too worried about it.

In the second round of play, both teams were able to pull it together and not only drop their individual scores, but the teams as well.  Caitlyn Jacobs was able to finish third on the women's side and Brett Mattson was able to score himself into eighth place.
