Three-Time Colorado State Place Winner Signs
Brandon Ward (Dolores, CO) has signed his letter of intent to wrestle for the Plainsmen. Ward is a three-time Colorado state qualifier in 2A as well as a three-time place winner. In all three years Ward qualified, he placed third.
Coach Nelson comments "Brandon is a tremendous kid who can help us grow as a program. His height and build will allow him to develop into a great wrestler and take his talent to the next level."
Other accolades that Ward accomplished throughout his high school athletic career was being named all-conference in baseball.
"We are excited to have Ward in our program and we are eager to see him grow as a student-athlete" added Nelson.
