Softball Season Ends on 30+ Wins

McCook, Neb...

Northeastern softball had another sucessful season as they just came up short of winning the Region IX championship.  The Plainswomen finished 33-25 on the season with so many positives and broken records that the excitment level should be high for the 22-23 season.  McCook had NJC's number during the tournament, but Northeastern played well and was able to win 3 other big games against conference rivals.  With some sophomores graduating, there will be some key players the coaches will need to replace, but they also had a nice freshman class that will bring good experience and talent for next year.
