Rottschafer Wins Lamar Golf Tournament

The Northeastern golf season for both the men's and women's teams was back in action for the Spring.  NJC played in Lamar to start out the season where the men took 3rd place.  Jackson Rottschafer for the men ended up winning the tournament with a -7 score to finish the two days.  In doing so, he tied the single day NJC record of -6 and the two day NJC record of -7 on a par 70 course.  Brooklyn Davis for the women's team tied for 1st place in the tournament.  Davis shot an 86 & 91 respectively over the two days.

NJC golf heads down to La Junta on Wednesday (3/29 @ 1pm) and Thursday (3/31 @ 9am) this week to compete at the Otero College tournament.
