Northeastern Finishes the road trip against USUE 1-3 after falling in the final game of the four game series

Northeastern fell in the final game against USUE 11-3. After falling down 3-0 early, the Plainswomen came back to tie it up in the top of the third thanks to a double by Lauren Lee, and a single by Blayke Duncan. The game finished in the fifth inning due to the eight run rule. Teagan Kehm led things off in the circle for the Plainswomen. She allowed nine hits and 11 runs (five earned) over four innings, striking out three and walking two. Lee provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Northeastern with two RBIs. Duncan, Savannah Waldrop, Lee, Ayva McComas, and Ashley Wecker each collected one hit for the Plainswomen. They will be back in action again Friday March 8th at McCook.
