Northeastern's wrestling program hosted a triangle at the Bank of Colorado Event Center on Thursday, December 9th. Cloud County Community College and Otero College joined NJC in a round robin style format in which teams would wrestle each other once. Northeastern was able to come away with a big victory battling Cloud County CC and a shutout win against rival Otero. Wrestling comes to a halt for the holidays at Northeastern and will pick up again when they compete on the 14th and 15th of January.

125 - Braydon Mogle dominated his match entirely. Won on a Technical Fall 16-2.
141 - Deegan Palmer had a couple takedowns and a reversal. Won on a Major Decision 8-1.
157 - Vince Beeson suffered a takedown early. Lost on a Pin Fall 2-0.
165 - Cael Smith had a tough battle that came down to overtime. Lost on a Decision 5-9.
174 - Tucker Naccarato had a quick take down then finished him in 1st round. Won by Pin Fall 2-0.
184 - Canyon Palmer suffered a early takedown and near fall. Lost by Pin Fall 4-0.
197 - Kordell Culhane battled in a long match. Lost by a Major Decision 12-1.

157 - Vince Beeson had an early escape then takedown. Won by Pin Fall 3-2.

184 - Tucker Naccarato went back and forth into the 3rd period. Won by Decision 11-7.
197 - Kordell Culhane had a very active 1st period and defeated his opponent. Won by a Pin Fall 9-3.
