NJC places 33 athletes on NJCAA All-Academic team

The term "student-athlete" holds a dual meaning. Northeastern Junior College produced many successful athletes in the 2019-2020 season. Those athletes also succeeded at the student half of that term.

The NJCAA released their annual All-Academic team list and 33 NJC athletes earned selections. There were 16 Plainsmen selected to the first team, 6 second team members, and 10 third team members. That list includes former Sterling High School athletes in Nevaeh Archuleta and Grace Reeves. The full list of athletes, their year, hometown, and sport is as follows.
