Bio

Colby Duncan was hired as the Head Wrestling Coach in May 2023. Duncan is a Sterling, Colorado native and wrestled for Sterling High School where he was a three-time state finalist. After high school, he wrestled four-years at Western Colorado University and received a degree in Exercise and Sports Science.  Duncan was redshirt wrestler of the year and was named team captain as well as being named NWCA All-Academic Team and RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Following college he was the Assistant Wrestling Coach for NJC from 2021 to 2023 before moving up into the head position. Colby enjoys anything competitive in addition to spending time in the Sterling community with family and friends.
