NJC to Host Holiday High School Basketball Tournament Dec 17th, 19th & 20th

Northeastern Junior College is excited to announce the upcoming NJC Holiday High School Basketball Tournament December 17th, 19th & 20th, sponsored by Colorado Agri Products.  Games are scheduled to begin at 9am on December 17th with the championship games scheduled for 7pm and 8:30pm on December 20th.  This year's field of boys' and girls' teams include several Northeast Colorado squads.  Akron High School, Dayspring Christian Academy (Greeley), Haxtun High School, Holyoke High School, Merino High School, Prairie High School, Sedgwick County High School, and Wiggins High School will all be participating in the tournament.  The majority of the boys' teams were pre-season ranked or receiving votes. On the girls' side, #1 Sedgwick County, #2 Wiggins, #6 Merino and #8 Dayspring Christian were all preseason ranked with the rest of the field receiving votes.
