Northeastern Softball falls to North Idaho College in Las Vegas, NV

Plainswomen Softball just couldn't get the offense rolling, as they fell to North Idaho College in Las Vegas, NV, 9-1. Maddie Westmoreland was named the DDC Player of the Contest. Westmoreland went 1-2 in the game, collecting one home run, one RBI and one run.

Mackenzie Bowie started in the circle for the Plainswomen. Bowie went four innings, giving up 7 earned runs on 7 hits, striking out three and walking two. Maddie Cline came in in relief and delivered one inning, giving up three earned runs on two hits and walking two batters. 

Westmoreland led the Plainswomen with one RBI. Mikeayla Llamas, Blayke Duncan and Westmoreland all contributed one hit in the contest.
