Northeastern Finishes Off Their Season Against Gillette College On Sophomore Night In A Thrilling Contest
Northeastern sees their season come to an end in a thrilling game against Gillette College. The Plainswomen fell in the contest 2-1. Luisa Camara was named the DDC Player of the Contest. Camara compiled 11 saves throughout the contest. Alea Dukes was the lone goal scorer for the Plainswomen, she was assisted by Madison Wimberly. The team fought their hearts out during the entire contest and the Sophomores showed true leadership throughout the game. Northeastern will miss all the sophomores that will be leaving after this season, but the coach's were thrilled with the work from the Freshman this year. They are looking forward to building the roster for next season.
