High School :3x 3rd place Bundespokal (2018, 2019, 2021), 6th place German Beach Championships under 16 (2018), 5th place German Beach Championships under 18 (2021), 13th place German Championships under 20 (2022), 4x MVP (Most Valuable Player of the game) in 3rd division (2021/2022) 

College Stats/Achievements: All region first team, All tournament first team (at regionals), 2.92 kills per set, 2.79 digs per set, 59 aces, 5x career high of 16 kills in one game

Personal: Daughter of Uta and Rainer Helf. I love doing sports, for example skiing + snowboarding, hiking and playing tennis. I also like playing the piano. My favorite athletes are Laura Ludwig (German beachvolleyball-player) and Kobe Bryant because they both are/were great and hard working athletes and we can learn a lot from them.
