The #4 Plainswomen headed down to Lamar Community College and took care of business, beating the Lopes in a clean sweep (25-14) (25-12) (25-8)\. Francesca Nuzzo was named the DDC Player of the Contest. Nuzzo had an unofficial 11 kills and 4 blocks during the contest. 

Natalie Moore added another unofficial 7 blocks to help aid the Plainswomen to victory. Northeastern was able to keep their composure and were able to play at their tempo to help win the match. They are back in action against McCook Community College at McCook, on October 25th at 6:00 PM cst.
