#4 Northeastern Takes Care of Business Against McCook Community College In Straight Sets. They Play Lamar Community College On Saturday For Sophomore Day!!!
The #4 Northeastern Plainswomen took care of business Wednesday night against McCook Community College, winning in straight sets (25-16) (25-16) (25-21). Anna Ruter was named the DDC Player of the Contest. Ruter accumulated an unofficial 8 kills in the match.
Samantha Mosley added in 9 unofficial kills to lead the Plainswomen in the match. The team's high energy and ability to spread the offense helped decide the outcome for the Plainswomen. They will be back in action again on October 5th, at the Bank of Colorado Event Center at 2:00 PM. Come on out and support, as Saturday will also be Sophomore Day for Northeastern!
